FEES

Our standard fee for a purchase or sale is:

  • $1200 plus GST plus disbursements for sale price under $1million 

         (estimate total including GST & disbursements not exceeding $1800, however owners corporation certificate additional)

  • $1500 plus GST plus disbursements for sale price from $1million

        (estimate total including GST & disbursements not exceeding $2100, however owners corporation certificate additional)

Verification of Identity $55

Owners Corporation Certificate $173.00
